The relationship has deepened over time to include expansion into Medicare and insurance services pages – a sign of trust and growing scope, not just task completion.

Beautymark Makeovers
This engagement replaced a fragmented tech stack with a complete GoHighLevel CRM and client funnel system, including automations for bookings, follow-ups, and client reactivation. The work was completed against a real launch deadline, which sharpened both the build and the process. The entire system is now being templatized as a repeatable product for other beauty studios, with Priya as a co-seller – making this the first productized vertical in the practice.

Solo Physical Therapy Practice
One of my favorite engagements: a solo PT practitioner who said, “I don’t think I can afford AI.” We did the math together — and it changed everything. A HIPAA-compliant voice agent now handles her inbound scheduling calls, cuts robocall noise by half, and returns 20 hours a month back to her. Hours she now spends with patients — and her family. SENIOR EDUCATION PROGRAM
AI for Daily Life
A four-session “AI for Daily Life” workshop series was designed and delivered for residents of Carolina Arbors, a 55+ community in Durham, NC. Topics covered everyday AI tools for safety, convenience, and connection: nothing theoretical, nothing intimidating. The program is now expanding to OLLI at Duke University, OLLI at UNCW, and senior living communities across the Triangle including Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Cary, and Apex.
CONTINUING EDUCATION TRAINING
AI for Medical Assistants
A free, entry-level awareness workshop designed for healthcare support staff covering practical and responsible AI use in clinical support settings. Built to meet continuing education needs for medical assistants, this program makes AI accessible to healthcare professionals who are often left out of the technology conversation entirely.
